Are services covered by insurance?
Yes, most services are covered by insurance pending your specific coverage and options. Please call to discuss further insurance coverage options and services.

Is there sliding-scale options?
We understand that accessing therapy can be challenging, so we offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions. These spots may have a waitlist — feel free to contact us to learn more about current availability and pricing.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, we offer virtual appointments via our HIPPA secure platform via our patient portal. You will receive a link the day of your appointment via email, text, and patient portal. If you have trouble accessing this link please call the office for assistance. We do not conduct sessions via telephone and require either video platform or in-person.
What should I do if I need to reschedule?
Appointment reminders are sent out via text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment and once again the day before. If you need to reschedule, please call to cancel and reschedule within the 24 hour period before the appointment. There is a late cancelation fee (canceling in less than 24 hours) and a no-show fee (not attending session without notice). We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Do you offer crisis- screening?
Our practice does not provide crisis services. For emergencies or immediate support, please contact your local crisis center or dial 911.
